Recycling of Demolishing Wall Material Consisting of Fine Grained Mineral by Agglomeration
From an economic standpoint, the reuse of construction and demolition waste is becoming more promising because of the rising prices of raw materials. In Germany, the yearly mass flow of concrete and brick waste is between 50 and 60 million t per year. Using the processes of milling, forming and hardening we want to design a product consisting of waste materials. The emphasis of this study is the forming process by agglomeration. Three different types of production are discussed: pelletizing disk, intensive mixer and pelleting press. Forming was achieved with each procedure.
