Cleavage of Supercoiled Plasmid DNA by Phenanthroline-Polyamine Conjugates as a Metal-free Artificial Nuclease
In this study, phenanthroline-polyamine conjugates have been synthesized. The conjugates bind to DNA and hydrolyze it in the absence of any metal and reducing agent under physiological conditions.
