Densities, rho, and excess molar volumes, V-m(E), have been determined for the binary mixtures propylene carbonate + eight methyl n-alkyl ketones and + three cyclic ketones at 298.15 K and at atmospheric pressure. V-m(E) increases with the increase of the chain length of Linear ketones and decreases with the increase of the methyl groups of cyclic ketones. Smooth representations of the results are presented.
