Excess Molar Volumes of Ternary Mixtures of (X(1)CH(3)CH(2)Cooch(2)CH(3)+x(2)CH(3)(CH2)(4)Ch3+(1-X(1)-X(2))CH3(CH2)(6)Oh or CH3(CH2)(7)Oh) at the Temperature of 298.15 K
Excess molar volumes at the temperature 298.15 K were measured for the ternary systems (x(1)ethyl propanoate + x(2)hexane + (1 - x(1) - x(2))heptan-1-ol or (1 - x(1) - x(2))octan-1-ol) and for binary mixtures {x(1)ethyl propanoate + (1 - x(1))n-hexane}, {x(1)ethyl propanoate + (1 - x(1))heptan-1-ol}, {x(1)n-hexane + (1 -x(1))heptan-1-ol}, {x(1)ethyl propanoate + (1 - x(1))octan-1-ol}, and {x(1)n-hexane + (1 - x(1))octan-1-ol}. Excess molar volumes were determined using a densimeter Anton Paar DMA 60/602. The experimental values were compared with the results obtained with some empirical methods for the estimation of ternary properties from binary results.
