Bubble point pressures of some petroleum fractions in the presence of methane or carbon dioxide
In this work, the bubble point pressures of a number of petroleum fractions were measured in the presence of carbon dioxide or methane. These petroleum fractions had a maximum boiling range of 40 K. The most volatile fraction has a boiling range of 353.15 K to 373.15 K, while the least volatile boils within the temperature range of 453.15 K to 493.15 K. The densities of these petroleum fractions varied from 690 kg/m(3) to 790 kg/m(3). Measurements were carried out in the Cailletet apparatus within a temperature range of 312 K to 470 K,
