Effect of oxide materials synthesized with sol-gel method on adhesion of mesenchymal stem cells
SiO2 and TiO2 surface layers were deposited on metallic and glass substrates by sol-gel method (dip-coating) by using (EtO)(4)Si and (BuO)(4)Ti precursors. The coating resulted in an improvement of adhesion of adipose-derived mesenchymol stem cells to the substrate surface.
