Temperature dependence of dielectric relaxation time and thermodynamic energy parameters of epichlorohydrin and 2-chlorophenol in benzene using the microwave technique
The dielectric behaviour of ternary system consists of 2-chlorophenol and epichlorohydrin in benzene has been studied at single frequency and three different temperatures. Using X-band microwave bench, the dielectric permittivity epsilon' and dielectric loss factor epsilon '', distribution parameter (alpha) and average relaxation time (tau) at three different compositions of the ternary system have been determined. From the results obtained, thermodynamic energy parameters have also been calculated for the dielectric relaxation time process Delta G(tau) and also for the viscous flow process Delta G(eta).
