Measurements of the (T, P, Rho) Behavior of 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluoropropane (Refrigerant R227) in the Liquid-Phase
Measurements of the (T,p,rho) behaviour for 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (R227) were performed with a constant-volume cell at temperatures from 205 K to 315 K and pressures up to 52 MPa. The uncertainties for pressure p, temperature T, and density rho, measurements were estimated to be +/-0.02 K, +/-0.001 . p, and +/-0.001 . rho, respectively. Purity of the sample used was 99.99 mass per cent. Two methods based on the maximum-likelihood principle have been applied to reduce repeated measurements to both discrete values and to a short-range equation of state.
