New model description of giant magnetic impedance in thin magnetic films shows its dependence on the frequencies of ferromagnetic resonance. The description is based on the thin magnetic films electrodynamics in the case when the thickness of thin magnetic film is much less than the wavelength of external electromagnetic field.
