In addition to one step of partial annealing and light rolling process, one more step of the process lead to the formation of the more intense cube texture in high purity aluminum for electric capacitor than by the one step process. Optimum condition of second partial annealing and light rolling for the formation sharp cube texture was determined. It was confirmed by slip trace experiment that cube grains formed at first partial annealing grow preferentially after second light rolling and subsequent final annealing.
