Influence of continuous and discontinuous recrystallization on the properties of cold-rolled sheets from aluminium alloys
The laws of the structure formation in 0.5-1.5 mm thick cold-rolled sheets of Al-Mn and Al-Mg-Si systems alloys have been studied according to tow mechanisms-continuous and discontinuous (nucleus) recrystallization. The continuous recrystallization was found in all investigated alloys after annealing at 250-370degreesC; in this case the alloys are characteristic of the continuous recrystallization in volume percentages. After annealing at 500-530degreesC all alloys have a fully recrystallized structure formed according to the mechanism of the discontinuous recrystallization. It has been developed the production schedules of cold-rolled sheets from alloys based on these systems with the specified structure for providing the complex of technological and mechanical properties.
