Influence of pre-annealing and additional deformation on the recrystallization texture of high-purity aluminum foils
The high-purity aluminum foils are pre-annealed at different temperatures after different additional cold rolling reductions to the final thickness of 0.104mm. It demonstrates that this kind of process can strengthen the final cube texture in high-putity aluminum foils. It also shows that the pre-annealing at 180degreesC together with about 31% additional cold rolling reduction will greatly enhance the density of the cube texture in the foils. The influence is discussed with the substructure effects, i.e. the sub-grain size difference resulting from the pre-annealing and additional deformation favors the formation of cube texture.
