Nanoparticles of PbSe, Cu2Se, and CdSe are prepared for two equimolar concentrations (0.05M and 0.1M) by precipitation method at 130 degrees C. The obtained nanoparticles were characterized by x-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and UV-visible analysis to study the structural, morphological, and optical properties and are discussed in detail.
