Production and environmental aspects of the use of nitrogen fertilizers in Poland
Prodn. and consumption of N fertilizers in Poland were estimated. The effect of mineral fertilizers on the quality of ground water and content of nitrate N in the soil was evaluated. The nitrate risk in the spring and autumn was also taken into consideration.
