The Effect of Process Parameters on the Anodic-Dissolution of Copper into NaCl/KSCN Electrolytes
The effect of pH, KSCN concentration, NaCl concentration and imposed anode potential on oscillation patterns observed in the anodic dissolution of copper into aqueous solutions has been investigated. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy of the anode surface indicates the complexity of interaction between these process parameters and the surface morphology.
