초격자 구조의 Li4/3Ti5/304에서 희토류 원소의 첨가에 따른 영향과 전기화학적 특성
The effect on the addition of rare earth elements for the superstructure, Li4/3Ti5/3O4 and its electrochemical properties
The Li4/3Ti5/3O4 doped rare earth elements was prepared from the heat treatment for 30 hrs at 600℃ of xerogel obtained by the sol-gel process. And it was investigated to apply to an anode material for the rechargeable lithium cell. As the result of charge and discharge test, first discharge capacity of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 doped rare earth elements was 175 mAh/g greater than that of Li4/3Ti5/3O4 and the cycleabilitv showed good reversible.
