Silicone-Based Urethane Acrylate Anionomer의 합성과 그의 특성 분석에 관한 연구
A Study on the Synthesis and Characterization of Silicone-Based Urethane Acrylate-Anionomer(SUAA)
The synthesis of silicone-based urethane acrylate anionomer (SUAA) was performed via stepwise reaction procedure, using hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a soft segment, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol-propionic acid (DMPA), and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (2-HEMA). Particularly, DMPA incorporated into the molecular backbone acted as a strong hydrophilic site, leading to obtain the water-soluble prepolymer. SUAA readily solved in water. Characterization of SUAA was carried out by IH-NMR.
