PVK(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinMG(II))/Alq3계 유기고분자 솔라셀에 관한 연구
Study of Organopolymeric Photovoltaic Cell Devices Containing PVK(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinMg(Ⅱ)/Alq3
We fabricated two organopolymeric solar cells based on poly(N-vinyl carbazole) (PVK) mixed with metalloporphyrin/Alq3 p-n junction system and evaporated metalloporphyrin/Alq3 p-njunction system. 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinatomagnesium (MgTPP) was used as a photogenerating dye and PVK was used as a electron transporter. Photovoltaic parameters (open circuit voltage (Voc, short circuit current (Jsc), fill factor (FF) and conversion efficiency(η)) of ITO/PVK(MgTPP)/Alq3/Al cell was calculated.
