In order to acquire information on the structural and chemical stability of hydrofullerene and fluorofullerene solids, high-pressure XRD study of hydrofullerene C60H36 , and fluorofullerenes C60F36 , C60F48 has been performed. No structural phase transformation was observed up to about 2.7 GPa and 6.1 GPa for C60H36 and C-60 F-36 , respectively. The bulk moduli of C60H36 and C60F36 were determined to be 15.7 GPa and 14.3 GPa, respectively.
