This study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of treatment of wastewater by EM(Effective Microorganisms). The treatment of wastewater was performed using EM at 1%(v/v) in glass reactor(3 L). The laboratory scale experiment was done in using various pH of synthetic wastewater. Nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency were about 90%, 100%, respectively in modified anaerobic-aerobic process.
