For remove Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) in water which occur water pollution, siloxane-imide copolymer membrane with perfluorinated side group were prepared and were investigated good physical properties and perm-selectivities. As getting the portion of siloxanediamine in copolymer membrane, it has the higher selectivities and the better permeation properties of VOCs. and was found the superior permeation characteristic of the hydrophobic toluene.
