Effectiveness of water curtains during fighting against vapors of saturated linear low molecular mass alcohols during its uncontrolled release
MeOH, EtOH, PrOH and BuOH vapors were catched in water curtains (ay. droplet size 250-270 mu m, temp. 10 degrees C) to det. the efficiency of removal of alcs. from the air. Effects of the C atom no. in the alc. on the half-life decay time and sorption rate const. were presented as algebraic equations.
