The concns. of the total org. C and its fractions were detd. in samples of surface and infiltrative waters on inlet and outlet of the adsorber filled with activated C. The effectiveness of removal of the individual fractions was also detd. The non-biodegradable org. C was removed with the highest efficiency, while the biodegradable org. C with the lowest one.
