Transfection of PNA-NLS Conjugates into Human Cells Using Partially Complementary Oligonucleotides
The PNA-NLS conjugate, which can invade double-stranded DNA under physiological conditions, was efficiently transfected into human cells by combining a complementary DNA carrier with a lipofection reagent. DNA with a short complementary part works as a carrier, and thus should be easily removed from the PNA-NLS conjugate in the cells.
