Optical and Flame-retardant Behavior of Polycarbonate Composites Containing Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane-modified Silicate Microspheres
A facile method was carried out to obtain polycarbonate (PC) light-diffusion material with good optical and flame-retardant properties. The key procedure was the surface modification of silicate microspheres (SMSs) by 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane (FTDS). By this way, only use one kind of filler could realize multifunction at small amount loadings and the obtained PC composites showed good antidripping performance.
