An extended theory for incompressible viscous fluid flow
The classical Newtonian theory of incompressible viscous fluid flow is extended so as to contain explicitly the vorticity vector and spin of vorticity vector. Examples of the theory are given, some of which relate to the problem of turbulent flow, and reference is made to some experimental results.
