Use of FT-NIR spectroscopy for determination of free fatty acid in the rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil samples with varying content of oleic acid (up to 100%) were analyzed by Fourier transformation near IR spectroscopy to det. the free fatty acid content. Results of the anal. agreed with those obtained by a ref. method (potentiometry).
