중합체 용액내에서 침전주합법에 의한 Poly(benzyl methacrylate) Microsphere의 제조

Poly(benzyl methacrylate) (PBMA) microsphere는 benzyl methacrylate를 폴리아크릴산/에탄올 용액 중에서 침전중합시켜 제조하였다. 폴리아크릴산의 농도, 폴리아크릴산과 단량체의 비율 및 용매의 성질에 따라 다른 크기의 PBMA microsphere를 합성하였다. 폴리아크릴산 용액의 농도가 증가함에 따라 microsphere의 입자크기가 작아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 microsphere의 입자크기는 0.1 ㎛에서 0.35 ㎛까지 중합조건에 따라 조절할 수 있었다.
Poly(benzyl methacrylate) (PBMA) microsphere was prepared by precipitation polymerization of benzyl methacrylate in poly(acrylic acid)/ethanol solution. Microspheres with various size were obtained by changing the concentration of poly(acrylic acid), monomer and nature of solvents. The particle size PBMA microsphere was decreased with increasing the concentration of poly(acrylic acid) and increased with that of nomomer. With increasing solubility parameter of solvents, the particle size was decreased. The size of PBMA microspheres was controlled by experimental conditions from 0.1 ㎛ to 0.35 ㎛.
