A facile route was proposed to synthesize Zn-ZSM-11 by introducing Zn or Al species during the crystallization process. The proper time of adding Zn and Al species greatly influenced the morphology and textural properties of the products. Compared with the conventional method of direct synthesis, the strategy proposed in this paper endowed zeolites with a smaller particle size and good micro/mesoporous properties.
