술폰화 폴리벤즈이미다졸을 이용한 내수성 습도센서와 그들의 성질

암모늄 염을 가지는 가교가 가능한 술폰화 폴리벤즈이미다졸(SPBI) 전해질 고분자를 합성하였고 침적법에 의하여 바이트형 알루미나 전극 위에 도포하여 습도센서로서 특성을 조사하였다. 테트라메틸암모늄(Me4N+) 형태의 SPBI는 3,3'-diaminobenzidine(DAB), sodium 2-sulfoterephthalate(2-STP) 및 sodium 5-sulfoisophthalate(5-SIP)로부터 합성하였으며 습도센서로서 용이한 도포성, 높은 전도도 및 감습 필름과 전극 사이의 좋은 부착력을 보여주었다. Me4N-SPBI 감습 필름의 가교와 동시에 기재와의 커플링제를 통한 접착은 습도센서의 내수성을 크게 증진시켰다. DAB/2-STP/5-SIP=100/20/80의 테트라메틸암모늄 염 SPBI 필름은 상대습도 20-95%RH 범위에서 좋은 직선성을 보여주었으며 저항은 4.91 MΩ-2.12 kΩ 사이에서 변화하였다. 또한 센서의 다공성 알루미나 기재가 아민을 포함하는 실란 커플링제로 처리되었기 때문에 감습 필름의 가교와 동시에 기재에 접합되어 물에 침적 시 240시간 이상 내수성, 고온/고습 및 고온/저온 안정성 및 장기 안정성이 뛰어남을 알 수 있었다. 33-94%RH 사이에서 흡습과정의 응답속도는 약 75초이며, 가교화된 Me4N-SPBI 필름은 습도를 빠르게 검지할 수 있는 매우 효율적인 감습재료이다.
Thermally curable sulfonated polybenzimidazole (SPBI) polyelectrolytes containing tetramethylammonium (Me4N+) were prepared by dip-coating a SPBI solution onto comb-shaped electrodes on alumina substrate, and their sensor properties were investigated. The SPBI in Me4N+ form derived from 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB), sodium 2-sulfoterephthalate (2-STP) and sodium 5-sulfoisophthalate (5-SIP) was the most suitable for the humidity sensor from the view points of easy fabrication, high conductivity and improved adhesion property between film and substrate. The crosslinking and anchoring of film to substrates with a coupling reagent significantly improved the water durability and the stability at a high humidity and a high temperature and long-term stability for 240 h. SPBI films with tetramethylammonium salt of DAB/2-STP/5-SIP=100/20/80 film possessed linear response and showed 4.91 MΩ-2.12 kΩ between 20-95%RH. The response time between 33 and 94%RH was about 75 s, which affirmed the high efficiency of SPBI film for rapid detection of humidity.
