Dry photopolymer를 이용한 광학용 마이크로렌즈의 제작
Preparation of the relief optical microlens by self-processing dry photopolymers
Relief optical microlenses were prepared by using photoplymers. The relief structure on the photopolymers was generated under the ultraviolet light(wavelength:365 nm) exposure. The shapes of the microlenses changed with the exposured light intensity. The shape and height of microlenses can be prepared freely by controlling the exposured time of the light.
