B-Si glass, sandstone and granite surface were modified by coating with corn. hydrophobic formulations and their mixts. with silicone oil and organofunctional silanes and studied by measuring their wetting angles. A substantial increase in the sandstone and granite hydrophobicity was achieved. The glass surface showed low hydrophobizability.
