Two corn. unsatd. polyester resins were modified by addn. of ammonium or melamine polyphosphates, expanded graphite, graphene and/or graphene oxide and cured with MeCOEt hydroperoxide and Co naphthenate. An increase in mech. strength and fire resistance of the nanocomposites and a decrease in polymer matrix viscosity were obsd.
