Impact of the copper industry on the level of Ag and Ni in soil and melliferous plants
Samples of soils, green parts and flowers of melliferous plants collected from an industrialized region (A) and an ecological region (B) were shredded to below 2 mm to det. Ag and Ni contents by using at. absorption spectroscopy with flame excitation. Samples from B region contained less of tested elements than those from A region except for Ag in plants (green parts and flowers). Ni contents were much higher than Ag contents for all types of samples in both analyzed regions.
