Methods and tools for monitoring the heating value and energy value of natural gas were reviewed. A construction and features of functioning of the developed lab. stand for exptl. thermo-anemometric studies and control the energy value of natural gas were presented. Relation of the output signal of measuring device on changes of energy value of natural gas were exptl. set for the heating value 7759-8538 kcal/m(3) and flow rate 0.6 m(3)/h.
