Facile Preparation of Hemin/Polypyrrole/N, B-Co-Doped Graphene Nanocomposites for Non-Enzymatic H2O2 Determination
A novel hydrogen peroxide non-enzymatic sensor was fabricated based on efficiently dispersed hemin on boron/nitrogen-co-doped graphene. Which is prepared by the chemically polymerization of pyrrole on graphene oxide, and the following reducing/doping with dimethylamine borane was then performed. Hemin was anchored homogeneously on the surface of the nanocomposite with high efficient loading amount during this reducing/doping process (3.341 x 10(-9) mol cm(-2)). Plenty of efficient electro-active sites and high-speed charge-transfer between hemin and polypyrrole/B, N-co-doped graphene result in high electrocatalytic activity for H2O2 reduction. The hemin/polypyrrole/B, N-co-doped graphene nanocomposite was therefore utilized to fabricate a H2O2 non-enzymatic sensor, which shows a wide linear range of 0.05-900 mu M with a detection limit of 23.9 nM. Also, this sensor displays good selectivity and stability. (C) 2018 The Electrochemical Society.
