Lightweight and ultrathin TiO2-Ti3C2TX/graphene film with electromagnetic interference shielding
The lightweight, thin and effective electromagnetic shielding materials are needed with the growing numbers of electronic devices with small size. Here, the lightweight and ultrathin TiO2-Ti3C2TX/graphene film with the range of 5.25-9.17 mu m of thickness was prepared by vacuum filtration and pyrolysis. The electrical conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of TiO2-Ti3C2TX/graphene film with different amount of Ti3C2Tx were evaluated. The surface resistance and EMI SE reach 7.5 O/sq and 28 dB, respectively. A realistic parameter of special shielding effectiveness/thickness (SSE/t) is up to 30291.43 dB cm(2) g(-1) when density and thickness of the TiO2-Ti3C2TX/graphene film are considered. This work provides the strategy to produce lightweight and ultrathin film for effective EMI shielding.
