Quality changes of oil pressed from ozonated rapeseeds
Rapeseeds (2 types) were ozonized by using an O-3/air mixt. (O-3 concn. 0.05 and 2 mu g/L) for 15-180 min and pressed to extract the oil. The ozonation resulted in the increase of the peroxide no. and Totox index of the oil. It still met the std. quality requirements.
