Interconnection of a thermodynamical model for point defect parameters in solids with the dynamical theory of diffusion
A multitude of recent studies of point defect parameters in solids including several defect processes in fluoride superionic conductors as well as self-diffusion and heterodiffusion in silicon have been found to obey the cBQ thermodynamical model. This model is shown to be compatible with the dynamical theory of diffusion.
