온도와 나노 첨가제 함량이 나노복합소재의 흡습거동에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 흡습 분위기 온도에 따른 폴리아미드 6(PA6) 기반의 나노복합소재의 흡습 특성을 연구하였다. 나노복합소재의 수분 흡습의 초기 거동은 시간의 제곱근에 선형적으로 비례한다는 것을 확인하였다. 나노복합소재의 흡습 거동을 연구한 결과, MMT 함량이 증가할수록, 흡습 분위기 온도가 감소할수록 확산계수가 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 확산계수에 미치는 영향은 MMT 함량보다 흡습 분위기 온도가 더 크다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 MMT 함량이 증가할수록 저장탄성률이 증가하였으며, 이는 고온 하에서 수분에 의한 복합소재의 이완현상을 감소시키는 역할을 하였다.
In this study, water absorption behavior of metal-feeling composite based on polyamide 6 and polyamide 6/montmorillonite (MMT) was investigated under various humidity conditions. The initial behavior of water absorption of the nanocomposites was linearly proportional to the square root of time. As a result, the diffusion coefficient decreased with increasing MMT contents and decreasing the condition temperature. It was confirmed that the water absorption temperature played more significant role than MMT content for the diffusion coefficient. Furthermore, as MMT content increased, storage modulus was increased. This reduced humidity-induced relaxation of nanocomposite at the high temperature.
