Synthesis and Catalytic Reactivity of Polystyrene-supported Molybdenum Pincer Complexes toward Ammonia Formation
A series of polystyrene-supported molybdenum trihalide complexes bearing pyridine-based PNP-type pincer ligand were synthesized and their catalytic reactivity toward reduction of dinitrogen into ammonia was investigated by using decame-thylcobaltocene as reducing reagent and 2,4,6-collidinium trifluoromethanesulfonate as proton source under ambient reaction conditions.
