Deterministic (I) and statistic (II) methods were applied to est. the uncertainty in measurements. Method I described the uncertainty course approx. as a linear function. Method II consisted of the statistical estn. of uncertainties for the values of tested function as a linear combination of the results of measurements at control points. The matrix equation of propagation uncertainties for indirect multi-parameter measurements was used to det the uncertainties of the tested function points. Both methods were recommended to use in all areas of modern metrol.
