Optimized model of energy industry chain considering low-carbon development mechanism
In order to achieve the goal of low-emission management in regional energy industry, this paper provides a new method of quantitatively managed process and optimized process to explore the development mode of energy industrial clusters by integer programming. After analyzing the relationship of the cost and benefit of the regional energy industry for green and low-carbon transformation, this paper brings the control mechanism of carbon footprint into the energy industry as a new dimension of optimization and reorganization of the industrial chain. Then, this paper establishes a new optimization model of the regional energy industry structure and uses the simulation instance in Hebei province to verify the real value of the new optimization model.
