Characterization of Ni-Polyvinylchloride and Nico2O4/Ni-Polyvinylchloride Composites as Electrodes in Alkaline-Solutions
This work investigates the electrochemical behavior of Ni-polyvinylchloride (PVC) composite with different morphology in KOH solutions. The analysis of results indicates that conductive Ni-PVC composite obtained by dispersion of nickel powder in PVC resin can be used as a good catalyst in concentrated KOH solutions or as substrate for NiCo2O4 oxide coating to study the oxygen evolution reaction.
