Temperature effect on charge density wave-free carriers interaction
In this work, we study numerically the temperature effect on charge density wave-free carriers interaction using the Fukuyama-Lee-Rice model. Then, we have shown the local variations of the charge density wave (CDW) phase, the sliding CDW current J(cdw) and the threshold field E-T are thermally affected in the presence of free carriers. The results are discussed in the context of damping mechanisms of the collective mode due to the screening process.
