Fifty medium and large-sized chem. industry enterprises were assessed by a poll for ability to align their behaviour to the variability and turbulence of their environment. The activities implemented in the processes of shaping dynamic capabilities showed a high level of significance. A relationship between the level of ability to adjust the surveyed chem. industry enterprises to changes in their environment, and the efficiency of actions in shaping dynamic capabilities was evidenced.
