UTILIZATION OF A PC IN-PROCESS CONTROL
Transparency for supervisors is not always obtainable through any program for process control. The demands for a PC-program in Continental were thus specified to visualize problematic products and center points for errors through corresponding graphic representation in order to have access to detailed answers. Consequently, the results of all supervised products are shown in the form of colored symbols on a time axis and the cpk-situation is monthly calculated and presented automatically.
