Long-fibre thermoplastics (LFT) have emerged as a new group of materials in addition to the well-established GMT: All aspects of GMT and LFT long-fibre-reinforced material systems as well as manufacturing and processing technologies are considered, with emphasis on economic factors (costs), responsibilities, risks, flexibilities of the systems and material aspects (properties of the parts).
