A semiconducting pyrrole-styrene block copolymer film was electrochemically synthesized in nitromethane. The product polymer was confirmed to be a copolymer of pyrrole and styrene and not a composite or a blend of PPy and PSt through electrochemical, spectral; and dissolving experiments.
