Multicomponent Solutions for the Deposition of Modified Lead Titanate Films
In this work it is described a chemical method for the preparation of multicomponent solutions used for the deposition of amorphous thin films. Lead titanate based systems with calcium and samarium as modifier cations have been prepared. A study of their thermal evolution up to the formation of a perovskite phase has been carried out as well as of the characteristics of the thermally treated polycrystalline films
